If you are NOT going to finish the audax, please tell one of the controls or contact the organiser.
It is important that you let the organisers know that you have either:
a)
completed the Audax safely,
- this is achieved by handing in your control stamped brevet card;
or
b) have abandoned the event and have means of getting home, under your own steam, getting friends or relatives to collect you,

this is done by informing a control or telephoning the organiser and leaving a message... otherwise they will worry and may send out a search party looking for you (in case you are lost or injured).
